**About this opportunity**:
In this position you will be working closely with the Chief Operating Officer designing and delivering on short to midterm sales strategies and building a winning culture where the team are motivated to achieve exceptional service delivery. With your leadership, drive and enthusiasm combined with mentoring, monitoring and KPI measurement, you will ensure the business operates to best practice standards or greater. Communicating the strategic vision, and inspiring the team to excellence in customer care whilst uplifting the service opportunities will ensure success in this permanent senior leadership position.

Utilise your Sales, Marketing or Service Delivery experience to provide strategic leadership and operational management support to this market leading business. This role will allow you to develop and build upon existing markets, by effective people management and sales improvement, to bring value adding services to their network of customers. Key to success will be identifying the opportunities and ensuring the team respond to your vision for growth.

**Are you what we're looking for?**:
To succeed in this role you will need to be personable and business savvy with a strong ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships and exercise respect for multiple perspectives and changing needs.

It is essential that you have managed and led high performing teams with P&L responsibility within a national business and have a proven track record of achievement particularly in professional service delivery or retail sales relating to high standard/regulated fields through regionally dispersed teams.

This position can have you based anywhere in Victoria provided you are able to travel on a regular basis across these regions to support our existing Regional Business Leaders.
