Avan Campers is a family owned caravan manufacturing company located in Pakenham Victoria and we are looking for an experienced leader with a passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience.

The role will see you taking charge and delivering exceptional customer service alongside the service team to ensure that KPIs and budgets are met whilst sharing your knowledge with the other team members.

**Role**:
Reporting to the General Manager, this role is the perfect opportunity for either an experienced service advisor or technician looking to eventually get off the tools or someone with a passion for motor vehicles and customer service with prior leadership experience.
- Schedule customers service work orders
- Preparing quotes and invoices for allocated work orders
- Present to work in a punctual and presentable manner
- Ensure job tasks are completed correctly in within specified time frame
- Ensure all KPI's and targets are met
- Excellent Time Management Skills
- Ensure all workshop operations are completed to a professional standard

**Skills**:

- Customer Service & sales experience is definitely an advantage
- Strong focus on both customer satisfaction and retention
- well presented and exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
- able to work autonomously and mentor other staff
- previous mechanical and electrical experience would be advantageous

Hours
- Monday - Thursday : 8:30am - 5pm
- Friday 8:30am - 4pm
- Must hold a current valid drivers license
- Obtain a police check

Pay: From $58,000.00 per year
