**Wilrich Pty Ltd is currently looking for an experienced Project Administrator to join the team**

**Full time**

Project Administrator is responsible for ensuring daily, weekly and monthly goals and targets are met and obtained in the time required, or as directed by management on an ongoing basis. You will need the ability to adapt to and work effectively within a variety of changing situations, support and drives change and generating creative solutions to various work situations.

**You will be responsible for;**
- Undertake administration of projects developed within the Business Development team and assist in implementation across the board
- Assist in the development and implementation of new projects
- Manage the timetabling and budgeting of work tasks and projects
- Organise work and time allocations to achieve/exceed expectations
- Administer the delivery of products to customers within the timeframe, including logistics
- Develop and negotiate terms of contracts and assist the management in implementing new project initiative and services
- Review and manage paperwork associated with the projects, including inquiries and feedback given by customers, ensuring escalation and resolution of issues and problems raised
- Assist management and staff in understanding policies in relation to customer relations and projects to be achieved
- Negotiate and review business relationships with suppliers for products and services provided and assist in negotiating terms of agreement
- Manage paperwork associated with projects and prepare reports as required
- Respond to enquiries from suppliers and potential customers concerning projects
- Advise the business manager on efficiency and improvements
- Oversee work by junior workers and report on variations to work order
- Collect and analyse the financial data relating to the business and ensure projects are completed within the budget

To be successfully hired, you must;
- At least AQF Diploma or equivalent in relevant field
- At least 2 years of full time load work experience
- Be fluent in English
- Have right to work in Australia
- Be punctual, efficient and reliable
- Work well in a team environment

Pay: $53,849.59 - $98,543.41 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
