We are Looking for marketing and student recruitment officer for our Sydney Campus.

**Key responsibilities will include but are not limited**
- Develop and maintain relationships with education agents to achieve assigned sales targets
- Monitor and deliver sales targets
- Develop agent network in, South Asia subcontinent and other markets
- Work on key sales campaigns to drive new registrations
- Past successful sales and marketing experience in either South Asia or south American and other markets
- Liaison with agents do promotion campaign
- Effectively manage a network of Education Agents within Melbourne to promote and sell Brighton College’s courses to prospective international students.
- Assist with the preparation of key enrolment documentation
- Ensure the accurate management of the student database
- Conduct other tasks as requested by the Marketing Manager, including marketing campaign and event management coordination and social media management.
- Coordination the yearly calendar including events, expos and career days.
- Assist in the delivery of integrated marketing campaigns utilizing both traditional and digital media channels.

**Selection Criteria**:
**Essential**
- Demonstrated experience in student recruitment in the VET sector RTO -experience in similar role in an RTO setting, including sales experience
- Knowledge of ESOS Act, the National Code and Immigration Student Visa regulations
- Demonstrated Sales and /or Marketing experience in International Education market
- Strong interpersonal, communication and sales skills
- Experience in RTO with Hospitality, Age Care & Community services courses is preferred
- Proven ability to build rapports with prospective students and agents
- Experience dealing with multicultural audiences and non-native English speakers
- Self-starter, organised, able to work with minimum supervision, yet a strong team member
- Computer literate (Microsoft 365, social media)
- Fluent in English

**Desirable**
- A degree in Business or Marketing
- Fluency in other languages (Spanish, Portuguese and Mandarin preferred)

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
