Due to an internal promotion, there is now an opening for a Digital Marketing & Loyalty Specialist to join a talented marketing team, for a 14-month contract.

**On a day-to-day you will**:
- Support the business and its customers in managing the day-to-day activities and requests for the Click & Collect program
- Continually review multiple websites to ensure optimum customer experience and journey across digital channels
- Review and optimise the brand website to ensure optimum user experience and journey
- Manage key relationships with multiple third party agencies as well as key stakeholders internally
**Skills & Experience**
- Experience deploying marketing automation and lead generation programs
- Exposure working in a larger (ideally global) organisation, with multiple stakeholders
- Experience working with and briefing 3rd party agencies
