**About the team**

The Marketing & Fundraising division is embarking on an ambitious growth plan that will change the way we approach supporter experience. The Supporter Operations Administrator roles sit within the Supporter Experience and Digital Unit which works to provide best in class supporter experience across all fundraising offers. This unit provides supporter centric customer service to our donors and delivers the processes that underpin supporter processing (data storage, donation processing, communications).

**About the role**:
The Supporter Operations Administrators work to deliver the processes required to provide an excellent supporter experience across all CCNSW fundraising offers including campaigns, appeals, regular giving, philanthropy and gifts in wills. The role will be responsible for reconciling donations from various sources with a high attention to detail. Process donations, event registrations and fundraising including troubleshooting from multiple sources (mail, online, telephone online). It will fulfil resulting correspondence and manage the accurate handling of supporter data between CCNSW systems and third parties in line with agreed supporter experience policies and processes. The role will work to meet and exceed agreed service level agreements with a view to continuously improving the care we provide to our supporters.

**Key responsibilities of the role**:

- Deliver the processes required to maintain supporter regular giving payments and processes (telemarketing, face-to-face, saves, declines, cancellations, reactivations).
- Perform reconciliation on financial data received to ensure accuracy
- Liaising with face to face, telemarketing vendors and other states Cancer Councils
- Transfer data between systems (CCNSW and 3 rd parties)
- Maintain supporter data integrity through accurate updating of donor records.
- Issuing of invoices
- Maintaining the cleanliness of supporter data through performing quality assurance checks and acting on the results
- Opening mail and preparing regular & one-off gifts for banking.
- Contribute to the delivery of technology improvements within the M&F division as it relates to supporter operations.
- Record and share supporter insights across the division to build an understanding of our supporters.
- Follow agreed supporter care policies and processes and ensure your supporter care is compliant with both internal policies and external legislations i.e Privacy Act, PCI Compliance, Charitable Fundraising Act requirements, financial controls etc

**About you**

**Essential**:

- Computer literate -pick up new software easily; intermediate knowledge of MS Outlook, Word and Excel
- High attention to detail and ability to record and process data accurately and methodically
- Demonstrated experience of providing accurate administration support in an office environment
- Experience working to Service Level Agreements
- Experience in comparing and analysing data
- Experience of processing data in a CRM system
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience of working to agreed KPI's
- Being comfortable in a high volume data entry environment
- Good problem solving skills to resolve processing issues and understand the root cause of the problem

**Desirable**:

- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM
- Experience in fundraising platforms
