Successful commercial property-based lender looking for an experienced business development manager to join

**Your new company**
This reputable and successful commercial property-based lender is long established with more than 20 years of successful operation. With offices in Sydney and Melbourne, it provides loans to Australian based property investors and owner-occupier businesses, with an entrenched culture of offering flexible, reliable and timely competitive loan solutions.

**Your new role**
- Develop strong working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders across the business
- Originate and structure new lending business from brokers and aggregator groups
- Increase brand awareness through active marketing and broker networking
- Using established Arch Marketing expertise and resources, develop and grow their own referral network

**What you'll need to succeed**
- A sound commercial property BDM/origination background, ideally including 5 years experience as a lender or broker
- Proven ability to structure real estate and property backed business finance transaction submissions
- Strong communication, influencing and presentation skills
- Motivated and enjoy working in a small performance based team environment
