**Company Overview**:
This reputable non-bank is highly regarded and is a great opportunity for an experienced commercial BDM/originator to join a high performing team and established business and work alongside well versed and experienced colleagues in a collaborative environment. Their parent company is also a well known and large ASX listed investment firm.

**Role Overview**:
You will be responsible for supporting the team with new-to-business opportunities and originating commercial property transactions typically between $3mil - $15mil. You will be originating from third party broker channels and primary functions would involve business development and identifying cross selling opportunities to deliver growth.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Building strong broker and maintaining existing stakeholder relationships and fostering new relationships
- Contribute to achieving and exceeding targets through origination of commercial transactions
- Developing business acumen and pipelining new business opportunities and actively build out your referral network
- Pre-assessment and support with the proposal credit submissions with the Credit Team and manage end-to-end life cycle of transactions

**Skills and Experience required**:

- Demonstrated track record of origination commercial property transactions through third party broker channels in a similar bank or non-bank environment
- Strong referral network
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management skills
- Solid financial acumen and credit writing skills
