**Location: Sydney**

**Roster: Mon-Thu, 10:00am-3:00pm**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supporting the Operations team with day-to-day coordination and admin tasks
- Managing compliance records, onboarding documents, and site-specific requirements
- Assisting with staff rostering, collecting timesheets, and resource planning
- Liaising with clients and internal teams to resolve scheduling or site issues quickly
- Keeping operations data accurate and up to date for reporting
- Coordinating logistics such as uniforms, equipment, and site access
- Ensuring WHS and company policies are followed
- Working with HR, Payroll, and other departments as needed
- Occasionally travelling to sites across NSW

**About You**:
You are a hands-on, results-driven sanitation professional with:

- Super organised and love ticking things off your to-do list
- Great at juggling tasks and keeping your cool under pressure
- Confident communicator—both written and verbal
- Tech-savvy, especially with MS Office
- Experience in facilities, cleaning, or operational support is a bonus
- Hold a RIW card or willing to get one
