About the role

We have an opportunity for aRoster Officerto be part of our North Shore Police Area Command. The Roster Officer provides efficient and effective coordination and management of the rostering portfolio, utilising all human resources available to achieve corporate, community and command requirements.

The roster officer is responsible for publishing daily rosters, including rostering for major and significant events, short notice changes to deployment and annual leave calendars, to ensure comprehensive and accurate rosters are provided to business units. Please explain your

experience in rostering functions, including the systems you use, and steps taken to ensure accuracy.

Describe a workplace situation you have experienced that demonstrates your ability to think and solve problems relating to constantly changing

demands, while also maintaining service delivery and customer satisfaction.
