**Join our family in this role**:
Reporting to the eCommerce Manager, this role will lead the improvement of our Australian and New Zealand ecommerce performance and optimisation of our online merchandise and customer experiences to deliver greater sales, customer engagement and satisfaction.

Working cross functionally, this role will develop a strong data driven understanding of our online performance and customer behaviour, implement and lead a conversion rate optimisation program, continually optimise online merchandising and search, and lead hands-on improvement to our online campaigns and content.

**What you'll bring to the role**:

- 5+ years’ experience working in an ecommerce trading and optimisation environment
- 2+ years hands-on experience in conversion rate optimisation / experimentation including developing and proving hypothesis from quantitative and qualitative data sources
- Experience and a high degree of comfort working in HTML, JavaScript and CSS
- Strong working understanding of on-site / technical SEO optimisation and measurement
- Proven experience in managing and optimising online merchandising, search to deliver strong results.
- Strong data & analytics proficiency including tag management, data layer management, conversion tracking, advanced use of analytics tools (ideally Google Analytics, Contentsquare)
- Experience at working at delivering cross-functional initiatives that improve ecommerce performance and customer experience.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Excellent time management, planning and prioritisation skills
- Formal qualifications in digital / ecommerce / commerce / marketing or equivalent, with demonstrated ongoing commitment to personal and professional development.
