We are hiring an Ecommerce Assistant. This opportunity is Full Time, Monday to Friday. On site work based in Dandenong South 3175. Previous experience in ecommerce or administrative roles is preferred.

Responsibilities are (but not limited to):

- Product data upload and merchandising of products and collections
- Organize and maintain pages on website, ensuring that they are up-to-date
- Organize product images and photoshoots to be used on websites
- Manage and maintain accuracy of products data on Inventory system and Shopify
- Organize and manage promotional campaigns on the website
- Proficiency with data entry and Microsoft Packages
- Well versed in Excel
- Flexible and adaptable to change
- Ability to work under deadlines and able to perform under pressure
- Work well autonomously, ability to multitask, prioritize effectively
- “Can Do” Attitude and motivation to learn and develop
- Excellent organization and communication skills
- Friendly and helpful disposition and positive attitude
- Enthusiastic, committed and proactive approach to work
- Reliable and punctual
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience with Shopify, Retail Express, or Photoshop is a plus but non-essential

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Shopify or other E-Commerce platform: 1 year (preferred)
