**About The Role**

We are looking for a technically skilled and detail-oriented **Multimedia Specialist** to support our in-house marketing function. This role involves end-to-end multimedia production across various platforms — from product videos and explainer animations to digital campaign content and websites.

You'll be working closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to deliver professional content that supports product launches, eCommerce listings, and brand communications. This role is ideal for someone who can manage a range of creative tasks with mínimal supervision in a very deadline-driven environment.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Plan, produce, and deliver high-impact multimedia content, including video production, 3D animation, photography, and interactive visual assets that support strategic marketing campaigns, product launches, and corporate initiatives.
- Capture and post-process photography and videography, both in-studio and on-location.
- Develop animated explainers, motion graphics, and product visualisations to enhance web, e-commerce, and training materials.
- Manage the end-to-end production process, including scripting, storyboarding, editing, sound design, and final delivery across various platforms.
- Integrate HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and multimedia inputs into dynamic websites, ensuring seamless functionality and compatibility across various platforms and devices.
- Maintain, organise, and optimise the digital asset library for long-term scalability and efficiency.
- Execute regular content updates across company websites, ensuring visual consistency and responsiveness for new product launches and seasonal campaigns.
- Produce high-quality product demonstration explainer videos and animations, showcasing features and advantages to educate customers and enhance product understanding.
- Integrate multimedia content into digital campaigns, track performance metrics, and adjust strategies to improve engagement, conversion rates, and ROI.

**Required Qualifications & Skills**
- Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Design, Digital Media, Graphic Design, Communications, IT, or a related field.
- High-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Indesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Dimension).
- Strong command of video production workflows, lighting, audio, and post-production techniques.
- Superior visual design sensibility, creative conceptual thinking, and storytelling ability.
- Exceptional time management and project coordination skills with the ability to manage simultaneous deliverables in a deadline-driven environment.
- A robust digital portfolio showcasing a range of multimedia work across platforms (video, motion graphics, animation, photography, and web).
- Minimum 2-3 years of demonstrated experience in multimedia production, content creation, and digital design.

**Desirable Capabilities**
- 3D modelling and animation experience.
- Working knowledge of HTML/CSS and CMS platforms.
- Understanding of responsive design and web/mobile UX principles.
- Experience with e-commerce content optimisation and digital merchandising strategies.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $79,000.00 per year
