Reporting to the Head of Continuous Improvement, this position directly supports our purpose and ensures our members can count on us by managing the delivery of key transformation initiatives that improve the experience of our members, our people and optimises the bank’s commercial performance. Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to); - Create a right sized Change Management methodology for Defence Bank including all the associated tools, templates and refence material. - Coach in the Change Methodology to Senior Leaders and others involved with initiative delivery. - Create and manage an enterprise view of activity and change requirements. - Produce and deliver content (with SME support) on individual initiatives and on Change as a competency to a bank wide audience. - Act as the “cultural ambassador” for Change at the bank. Promote, train and enable a change capability uplift across the organisation. - Work with the People and Culture team to identify fit for purpose change training for leaders and deliver this training. - Act as a trusted Change advisor to the Executive team - by producing meaningful insights/reports and coaching. - Establish and maintain relationships with relevant stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes. - Assist the Bank develop and improve a project delivery framework and fit for purpose methodology. **Skills and Experiences**: About you. **Skills and qualifications required**: - Professional change qualification. - Working knowledge of Agile methodology. - Skills and experience in MS365 and change specific software. - Experience in communication - content creation and delivery methods. - Strong attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelines. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. You’ll be the Change Manager on specific initiative/s who will coach and guide individuals and teams on Change Management as a discipline. As the custodian for the Banks change management tool set, you will be responsible for making sure this is up to date and fit for purpose. In this role you will maintain an enterprise view of current and planned change. We count on you.
