**About our role**:
As part of our ongoing commitment and strategy to grow new digital platforms and deliver exceptional user experiences, we have a newly created permanent opportunity for a Content Strategy Manager to join our Commercial Business. Based at our Head Office in Chifley, Melbourne, and reporting into the Head of Brand Communications & Digital this exciting opportunity has been created to provide strategic leadership and responsibility for marketing technology solutions and content delivered across Retail and Foodservice.
The Content Strategy Manager will also be responsible for providing high-level Coaching, Mentoring and Management of a team of 3 (consisting of Content Manager, Digital Analyst and Marketing Automation Specialist).
**What you will do**:
Your responsibilities will be varied and include the below.
- Develop and drive the digital marketing strategy to optimise user experience across web platforms, socials, marketing automation (Pardot) and other digital touchpoints.
- Optimise brand and business value through timely tracking, measuring and analytics reporting on all digital
- Growing existing & build new channels to reach new audiences
- Developing a comprehensive content strategy and design system that works well in the Simplot environment. Establish workflow for requesting, creating, editing, publishing, and retiring content.
- Demonstrate an ability to walk the line between the business and IT and be comfortable having complex technical conversations.
- Serve as the business lead for the content management system and other marketing technology systems.
- Build close working relationships with key agencies and media partners. Monitor agency deliverables to ensure a high standard of work with a focus on constant improvement.
- Educate and lead best practice in new digital media and technology innovations for the marketing team
**About you**:
We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketer with minimum 8+ years experience, who is comfortable making decisions with limited knowledge and ready to pivot as you get more information. You will bring a growth mindset and good business acumen. Your ability to manage and influence a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders is crucial as is your strong customer relationship skills and ability to deliver customer-centric solutions.
