**The opportunity**
The Website Content Manager is responsible for managing the State Revenue Office's (SRO) website content re-write project and provides strategic communications advice to stakeholders on all website content, writing, editing and reviewing. It also has responsibility for delivering targeted communication and education activities supporting the project to make it easier for Victorians to undertake their obligations.
Reporting to the Digital Communications Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Leading and managing a major audit and rewrite of website content, as part of the Website Review Project, working closely with the Corporate Affairs team.
- Developing and implementing strategic communication and stakeholder engagement plans and activities to support change management and drive behavioural change and awareness associated with the Website Review project.
- Ensuring all content is correctly uploaded and published in the Content Management System and collaborate with the Corporate Affairs Digital Team to ensure seamless delivery.
- Ensuring all activities meet communication and organisational objectives, adhere to style guides, and meet Whole of Victorian Government (WoVG), accessibility, discoverability, usability and quality requirements.
**Who we are looking for**
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Proven experience managing high-profile multi-channel program communication strategies, initiatives, and campaigns with a digital-first focus, on time and within budget.
- Demonstrated ability to strategically plan, prioritise and achieve high standards of performance for strategic communications activities, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and guidelines.
- Proven experience effectively managing marketing, communications, digital and stakeholder engagement and effectively managing reputational risks and issues, solving problems and implementing innovative solutions.
- Demonstrated knowledge and a record of achievement in communications, managing contemporary communications, digital experiences and marketing strategies aligned with the organisation's objectives.
- A tertiary qualification in journalism, communications, marketing or a related field.
