- Salary $103,920 to $125,735 plus 10.5% superannuation - VPS Grade 5
- Based in Melbourne CBD or Ballarat, with flexibility to work from home

The opportunity
The primary purpose of this position is to manage content in TaxNet, the SRO's internal knowledge platform. This includes identifying missing content, writing new and editing existing content across all revenue lines, and working with the business to secure their TaxNet content.
Reporting to the Branch Manager, Knowledge Management, you will be responsible for:
- Managing TaxNet's content to ensure it provides users with relevant, accurate, and up-to-date content
- Assisting with training and providing advice and assistance to SRO staff on writing for TaxNet and contributing or editing content in TaxNet
- Assist with developing and implementing the content strategy for TaxNet content, to ensure a consistent, organisational approach
- Contribute to the Knowledge Management Branch's strategic planning, initiatives, improvement opportunities, including liaison across the organisation, to ensure engagement with TaxNet.

**To be successful in this role, you will have**:
- Demonstrated experience in preparing clear, easily understood, and concise technical content with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Well-developed organisational and decision-making skills to self-manage, prioritise, work to tight deadlines and handle multiple tasks.
