We have an exciting opening for a knowledgeable Coordinator Scheduling and Administration to join The Star Sydney.

We are looking for an experienced individual who enjoys the technical aspects of the different trade and managing stakeholder’s expectations.

This is an important function of the business as you will be Reporting to the Property Operations Manager, your main purpose in this role will Schedule all Planned Preventative Maintenance (PM’s) and all Planned Corrective Maintenance (CM’s) for all Property Operations Team Members which includes all administration and coordinator of systems and internal processes.

**What will you do day to day?**
- Accurate and timely coordination of Purchase Orders for Scheduled Works, Inventory Procurement for Scheduled Works, and processing of invoices
- Actively manage the generation, review, and administration of all works orders in Maximo to ensure accurate scheduling daily
- Management of Staff and Contractor inductions, passes and records in Maximo
- Produce accurate and timely reporting on all ‘Measures of Performance’
- Resolving ‘Requestor’ issues and seeking information to ensure internal customer requests are managed efficiently

**To be successful in this role you will have**:

- Excellent administration and computer literacy skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with all internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective schedules can be completed as planned
- Strong organisational skills and highly efficient in the delivery of scheduling and labour management
- Understanding of Maximo or similar EAMS or CMMS systems highly desirable
- Experienced in working with trade contractors and management
- Understanding of WHS systems, Acts, Regulations, Australian Standards and Codes of Practice
- Ability to interpret and understand Enterprise Agreements and workforce scheduling
