We are looking for a superstar Marketing Manager to focus on our Broker channel, reporting into the Head of Brand and Partner Marketing. You'll bring deep experience in channel or broker marketing (B2B2B) and understand the unique features of this model in a full generalist role.
The responsibilities of this role are:
- Integral member in the go-to-market strategy and execution for any new platform or product releases
- Developing and implementing automated communications strategy across Broker lifecycle, with support provided by our in-house Customer Marketing Manager
- Develop and manage the end-to-end execution of quarterly campaigns and be the main point of contact for our Trade Media partners
- Develop sales enablement materials such as, but not limited to, pitch packs and social media content
- Measure, track and interpret performance trends to identify opportunities for continuous improvement
- Work closely with Events & Sponsorship Manager to ensure successful execution of all events
- Work closely with Product Owner to ensure a best-in-class experience for Brokers in our platform, Shift Connect
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in business or commerce preferred.
- 4+ years of relevant experience, preferably within the finance/broker industry.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills, obsessive attention to detail.
- A keen eye for design excellence.
- A love for writing and the ability to turn complex concepts into easy-to-digest, relatable and engaging content.
- The ability to manage and get the best out of internal and external specialists and agencies.
- Strong relationship building.
- Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
