Are you seeking a fast-paced, dynamic environment that prices itself on inclusivity? This State Government Department are seeking an experienced HR Consultant to join their team on a temporary basis. This role is being offered on a 3-month contract with potential for extension

**Your new role**

Reporting to the Senior HR Lead and working closely with the broader Human Resources team, the HR Project Consultant is responsible for but not limited to the below.
- Implement, maintain and review project monitoring reporting and evaluation systems, processes and procedures.
- Provide your expert advice to the wider HR Team to recommend solutions and outcomes around project research.
- Maintain high levels of data integrity and completeness in reporting.
- Research and provide support for HR projects, develop, and contribute towards a wide range of workforce related projects required across the Department.
- Prepare project briefs, discussion papers and executive papers.
- Developing detailed project plans that identify project purpose, objective and deliverables, scope of activities, timelines, required resources, risks and any organisational interdependences.
- Create data visualisations to clearly and effectively communicate complex analytical concepts

**What you'll need to succeed**

In order to be successful for this opportunity, you will need to display proven experience in successful project coordination, including demonstrated ability to plan, manage and evaluate programs/projects from inception to delivery, alongside your interpersonal ability to develop and sustain strong organisational relationships through leadership initiatives and influential decision making will ensure credibility is firmly established.
