We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Leongatha located service department as an influential **Service Manager**

**About the role**

Joining our family owned and operated team you will oversee the daily operations of our service department, ensuring our customers receive the highest level of care.

**Who are we looking for?**
- Previous experience as a Service Manager in the automotive industry is essential
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent organisational skills
- High understanding of operations, process and KPI’s of a dealership

**More about you**
- Proven track record as a Service Manager and ability to meet KPI’s
- Current Victoria drivers licence
