Are you a Registered Nurse looking to step up? Want to work in a great team environment? Gippsland Southern Health Service is currently recruiting for an Associate Nurse Unit Manager with experience in Medical/Surgical Nursing - Midwifery or Urgent Care will be highly regarded.- The successful applicant must be prepared to relieve the Nurse Unit Manager, undertake delegated portfolio work, work all shifts and will have completed or be prepared to undertake Advanced Life Support competencies.- The successful applicant will possess the following:
- Tertiary Qualifications as a Registered Nurse.
- Registered Midwife and or Urgent Care experience would be advantageous.
- Current registration with AHPRA (Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency).
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Organisational and problem solving skills.
- Time management and decision making skills.
- Evidence of ongoing self-development.
- Staff have access to supportive staff mentoring, education and development programs. Salary Packaging is available for all staff. The successful applicant will be required to provide a current satisfactory police check.-
