Applications are invited for the position of Associate Nurse Unit Manager. Applicants with experience in Urgent Care or Midwifery will be highly regarded. The successful applicant must be prepared to relieve the Nurse Unit Manager, undertake delegated portfolio work, work all shifts including regular night shifts, and will have completed or be prepared to undertake Advanced Life Support competencies.- Applicants should possess the following qualifications/experience:
- Current AHPRA Registered Nurse registration (Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency).
- Organisational and problem solving skills.
- Time management and decision making skills.
- Evidence of ongoing self-development.
- Demonstrated capability of working 'in charge' shifts.
- Understanding of ANCI competencies and Codes of Ethics/Professional conduct.
- Staff have access to supportive staff mentoring, education and development programs. Salary Packaging is available for all staff. The successful applicant will be required to provide a current satisfactory police check.-
