Reporting to our Best Care & Experience Manager, the Consumer Experience Team Leader will lead a highly committed and professional administration team to ensure our consumers receive a friendly and seamless experience when accessing our health service and support the growth of our consulting suites.**About You**
- If you have the following this position will be a great fit for you:
- Formal qualifications in administration, business, or frontline management or equivalent experience
- Demonstrated experience in supporting a small team of staff, healthcare-focused would be an advantage
- Competent skills using Microsoft Office products and electronic medical systems such as iPM, Uniti, or Genie
- Sound knowledge of anatomy and medical terminology to support Medical Imagining Bookings
- Demonstrated ability to exercise good judgment and maintain confidentiality
- High level of interpersonal and communication skills to make sure we provide excellent customer service
- Demonstrated organisational skills including the ability to work without direct supervision
- Capacity and willingness to be flexible and adapt to changing environments

- Essential : Sound knowledge of anatomy and medical terminology to support Medical Imagining Bookings
- Essential : Demonstrated ability to exercise good judgment and maintain confidentiality
- Essential : Demonstrated organisational skills including the ability to work without direct supervision
- Desirable : Experience making medical imaging appointments would be advantageous.
