Role: Internal Sales & Customer Service Support - **Data entry**

Salary Range: $63K plus super

**Responsibilities**:

- Entering customer orders and create picking slips and invoices for warehouse.
- Following up with warehouse personnel in relation to sending goods to customers.
- Responding to customer requests for pricing and stock/product enquiries or delivery requests.
- Liaising with internal and external staff including other associated companies’ customers with relevant information within the required time frame and in accordance with company policy.
- Internal Sales reporting, follow up and quote management.
- Raising quotes for Sales team when needed.
- Follow up late deliveries or missing deliveries with freight company.
- Maintain and update the customer database.

**Skills & Attributes**:

- Sales & Quote skills a definite advantage
- Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office
- Excellent writing & presentation skills
- Ability to coordinate & communicate information effectively
- Ability to build strong customer relationships
- Strong attention to detail
- Friendly, dynamic personality
