**Job Type**: Full-Time (40 hours per week)

**About the Role**

We’re looking for an Administration Assistant to join our team and keep our office running smoothly. Using Simpro and our CRM software, you’ll help to manage our busy phones, daily tasks, streamline job scheduling and maintain customer data, all while helping us uphold our high standards of service.

**What You’ll Do**
- Provide telephone customer service support to all new and existing customers
- Schedule and coordinate quotations and service job appointments for our technicians
- Manage the company calendar including vehicle maintenance
- Prepare and send service job quotes, invoices, and other essential documents
- Maintain and update records, files, and databases with accuracy
- Assist with general administrative duties to support the team.
- Liaise with suppliers and customers to ensure schedules run smoothly

**What We’re Looking For**
- Excellent communication, organisational, time management and problem solving skills
- A proactive, team-oriented mindset with high levels of self-motivation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Confident speaking over the phone and updating customer details into our CRM
- Knowledge in the use of Google Workspace and general computer literacy
- Experience in an administrative, customer service or sales role is desirable
- Previous experience in the use of job management and CRM software desirable

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Sales administration: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Full Driver Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Taren Point NSW 2229
