**THE POSITION**:

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Administrative tasks to assist all departments including Construction, Restorations and Accounts
- Client engagement and customer service
- Sending/receiving and organising quotations and contracts
- Updating and lodging forecasting reports
- Liaising with various teams and organising trades
- Distributing information to Contractors
- Supporting and scheduling of site Estimators/Supervisors with appropriate administration requirements
- Help overcome issues which may rise and be actively involved in the problem solving of day to day operations
- Assisting with day to day operations of office
**SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS**:
- Ability to work as part of a team supporting each other
- MS Office - Intermediate
- MYOB - An advantage
- Administration background
- Construction industry experience, highly regarded
- Strong dispute resolution skills
- Prime Ecosystem, highly regarded
- Ability to meet strict deadlines and work under pressure
**WORK TYPE**: Permanent Full Time
**HOURS**: Monday to Friday 8.30 am - 5.00 pm
**SALARY**: Up to $65K + Super (depending on experience) paid weekly
