**A little about the role**

As a Zero Harm Advisor, you will actively support, coach, mentor and provide technical advice to internal stakeholders across a multitude of projects. This dynamic role will have a mix exposure to site-based and office with a focus on bringing people together to ensure we achieve our Safety objectives whilst contributing to the innovation of the business.

**What you’ll bring**

Exposure within the **Civil Road Maintenance, Construction, Heavy Industrial or Transport **space will be highly regarded. You will also have:

- Tertiary qualifications Occupational Health and Safety advantageous.
- Quality / Safety Lead Internal Auditor (desirable).
- ICAM Lead Incident Investigation (desirable).
- Demonstrated leadership and management capabilities in a safety context.
- Influential and conversational communication style, utilising a partnering approach to build on learning insights across the business.
- Ability to adapt across complex working environments and engage with multiple stakeholders.
- Collaborative predisposition, appropriately exercising flexibility, and tenaciousness.
- OHS exposure gained within a high-risk industry operating accredited heavy vehicles.
- Strong computer and data analysis skills that extend to report collation and presentation.
