Seeking to engage a **Manager Zero Harm** to support our East Coast operations. Zero Harm is embedded in our culture and is fundamental to business sustainability. We believe this role will appeal to an innovative and forward thinking Zero Harm professional who will support and care for our people in their success to deliver to our customers.

**ABOUT THE JOB**
- Partner with business and Zero Harm function to co-develop the zero harm strategy incorporating group, business and sector priorities and objectives.
- Partner with business stakeholders to effectively deliver programs, initiatives and tenders in order to achieve objectives.
- Actively monitor performance and facilitate zero harm meetings to review performance, programs, initiatives, incidents, current and emerging risks, control effectiveness and client requirements.
- Assess competencies and effectiveness of zero harm advisors and line managers to identify strengths and development opportunities, coach and mentor for improved outcomes.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Qualifications in HSE Management, business, risk or equivalent
- Demonstrated experience in similar roles
- Experience in Maintenance, Heavy Industry and Power Generation would be highly desirable but not essential
- Knowledge and understanding of contemporary zero harm concepts
- Ability to engage, communicate and establish relationship with various stakeholder including client and regulatory bodies
- Highly collaborative approach
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate, influence and implement strategic change
