**THE OPPORTUNITY**

Reporting to the General Manager of Zero Harm - Utilities, the ANZ Zero Harm Manager will support the GM in the successful achievement of business initiatives and objectives whilst leading a high performing team of Zero Harm professionals.
- Some key responsibilities include:_
- Support operational leaders with an effective execution of Zero Harm strategies and tactics to ensure a safe workplace for all employees.
- Mentor, guide and develop a team of Zero Harm leaders to ensure a high calibre aligned management team that delivers to the business needs.
- Promote Downer Zero Harm standards through consistent implementation of Zero Harm policy, processes, systems and risk management strategies to eliminate, manage and minimise risk.
- Establish and maintain relationships with Senior Leadership and Operations teams across the Power Systems and wider Utilities business.

**ABOUT YOU**
- 5-7 years’ experience in a Senior Leadership role within a complex and diversified environment.
- Diploma level qualification in OH&S or related field (desirable).
- Willing and able to travel across Australia and New Zealand on a frequent basis.
- Demonstrated experienced partnering with key stakeholders to prioritise issues/risks and influence diverse stakeholders to ensure Zero Harm aspects are integrated and delivered.
- Proven ability to manage individuals and teams to achieve successful outcomes and meet the clients and/or business expectations.
- A drive and serious passion for safety, has a growth and performance mindset and can grow, motivate, and develop a positive Zero Harm culture across the business.
