We are seeking a skilled and hands-on National Pallet Manager to join our Logistics team at our Corporate Head Office based in Stapylton. This full-time role plays a critical part in ensuring the accurate and efficient control of pooled equipment (CHEP, Loscam) across the national supply chain. You'll lead pallet management operations and contribute to timely product delivery to major customers while minimising costs and loss.

About the Role

As the National Pallet Manager, you'll be responsible for:

  • Leading all aspects of pallet control operations across Nu-Pure's national network.
  • Managing CHEP and Loscam accounts and systems (e.g. Portfolio Plus, Loscam Online).
  • Performing daily reconciliations and monitoring pallet flows through warehouses, 3PLs, and transport providers.
  • Investigating and resolving discrepancies and preventing pallet loss.
  • Supporting inventory and distribution operations to ensure on-time delivery to customers.
  • Generating weekly/monthly reporting and driving cost-effective improvements.
  • Training and coaching warehouse staff in best practices.
  • Leading a small team and driving continuous improvement and compliance.

About You

To be successful in this role, you'll have:

  • Proven experience in pallet control, logistics, or warehousing within the FMCG sector.
  • Strong knowledge of CHEP and Loscam systems.
  • Familiarity with ERP/WMS systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle, RIC).
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in reconciliation and reporting.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • A Certificate or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain or Business (desirable).
  • Experience working in fast-paced, high-volume dispatch environments.
