Tip Top have an exciting new opportunity for 3x Outbound Sales Specialists to drive sales through superior customer engagement and sales execution within an assigned call cycle. Reporting to the Outbound Sales Leader, this role will be based at our head office in North Ryde, with hybrid flexible working options.
Purpose of the Role
- Delivery of exceptional sales results by maintaining contact with customers by telephone or digital in accordance with a call plan
- Understand our customers' needs and provide a high standard of customer support
- Communicate and execute sales strategies aligned to Tip Top marketing initiatives
- Maintain a current knowledge on new products, competitive products and other general market information of interest or value to customers.
- Identifying opportunities to grow sales and influence customers
- Achievement of sales targets
About You
- Minimum 1 year in a field sales role will be highly regarded
- Outbound (tele sales) selling role preferably gained within the FMCG environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage with both internal and external stakeholders at all levels
- Intermediate level of computer proficiency with SAP experience desirable
