As a Workshop Manager, you will be responsible for driving excellence with customers and with the production process for traction and general industry electric motor repairs. Reporting to State Manager, you will manage the workshop team. Importantly injecting a level of renewed energy into the team, a drive for efficiency and a connection with people (both internal and external) will be required. Above all a desire to make a difference, to consistently learn and improve your own personal growth and an interest in growing a business are important.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Working with the ABB Eagle Farm team and the customer to achieve excellence in motor overhaul and repair
- Communicating with customer on technical solutions and repair options
- Managing production flow and priorities
- Creating an effective workplace via team mentorship. Work with the ABB Eagle Farm team to create solid team atmosphere
- Reviewing all technical reports for customers and assist with site reporting as required (revenue, WIP, etc.)

**Your background**:

- 5+ years Electric Motors experience
- You will be highly organized, with the ability to priorities and plan jobs to meet requirements within agreed timeframes
- Ability to think quickly and cope with many different tasks and changing priorities
- Good communication skills, able to work within a team and communicate effectively
