**The Opportunity**:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Parts Manager to join our team.

Permanent position. Monday to Friday.

You will be providing and bringing to the team your experience in parts interpreting and management.

**Role responsibilities**:

- Order parts via parts management/ordering system
- Receive parts - check correct and not damaged
- Enter parts invoices accurately into quoting/management system
- Be aware of parts ETA and possible delays
- Procure parts to ensure profitability
- Manage stock including credit notes, parts and goods returned
- Upon parts arrival record job number and store in the appropriate area
- Explore alternative options for the supply of delayed parts
- Receive parts via parts management/ordering system
- Credit parts via parts management/ordering system
- Confirm discount levels are accurate in parts management/ordering system
- Follow up suppliers for parts credits
- Coordinate and order sublet repairs
- Process sublet repair invoices
- If required, order paint and consumables in accordance with production needs through AMA Distribution Centres (Ensure appropriate sign off obtained prior to placing order)
- Process/receipt paint and consumables ordered

- Able to work effectively and collaboratively with the team
