What you’ll achieve

As a Regional Online Business Manager, you will be responsible to programmatically identify opportunities on a set of APJ Strategic accounts to drive customer online adoption, maintaining and improving superior online customer experience and supporting Dell sales organization to find best online solutions, across all business verticals and routes to market. This position requires driving specific online initiatives which entails working jointly with Dell internal teams and Dell's senior leadership to maintain high customer online experience and communicating key programs to drive Online growth.

You will:

- Evangelize and pitch the Online value proposition and deliver eCommerce solutions to our customers, sales teams and stakeholders
- Leveraging data to drive actionable insights to lift purchase value & frequency of the Strategic accounts
- Develop plans and schedules based on prioritization including requirements, tasks, review points and reporting
- Act as a liaison between sales, customer, and other cross functional business partners to enable online platform and drive utilization of the commercial online platform
- Develops internal processes, governance and workflow to best serve all stakeholders end-to-end through the quote to order lifecycle
- Identify and recommend future architectural and technology enhancements to drive a world-class eCommerce site. Works with the development team for implementation and testing of all new functions/features.
- Define, measure and execute activities against online KPIs, delivering programs to meet financial goals

Essential Requirements
- 8+ years of related experience
- Experience in B2B eCommerce with solid track record of managing regional complexities and nuances
- Experience in leveraging and influencing available resources to drive and motivate those around you towards achieving a common goal, including Sales executives
- Strong interpersonal communications skills with clarity of thought, communicate with optimism and respect. Active change catalyst with solid track record of program management preferred.
- Strong analytic and problem-solving skills. Ability to turn data into insights that lead to improved business performance
- Strong customer orientation, excellent business etiquette and an excellent work ethic to meet the highest standards of customer engagement
