As a National Business Manager, you will be reporting directly into the Country Manager and be responsible for the Australia & NZ sales strategy across all retail channels, whilst also managing the third-party field force.

This is an opportunity for an ambitious National Account Manager ready to step up, or existing National Business Manager who wants to work for a global organisation, in an entrepreneurial environment, where you can truly make a difference.

**Responsibilities**
- Lead development of annual channel plans to promote the company’s products and services across all retail sectors.
- Responsible for third party field force delivery of sales vs plan. This includes monthly review vs plan, quarterly sales meetings, and trade activation as appropriate.
- Plan, manage and maximise value creation of trade spend (Co-Op & field team) to deliver profitable sales growth vs plan. Actively track return on investment and plan improvements based on learnings.
- Prepare sales forecasts and play a leading role for monthly supply planning.
- Develop strong customer relationships to deliver listings vs plan within pre-agreed margins
- Analyse IRI data to identify opportunities for growth and to produce sales insights, competitor reports, business review presentations and promotional reports.
- Works closely with Customer Service and Marketing to ensure customer satisfaction and high levels of field sales support.
- Keep up to date with knowledge of the retail environment as well as key account strategies.
- Prepare monthly report including sales vs plan, activity review, risks and opportunities.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- 3- 5 Years FMCG or OTC Healthcare National Account Management experience across Pharmacy / Grocery National accounts.
- Ideally: 1-2 Years Trade Marketing &/or Category Management.
- Strong Commercial acumen with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Inspires others and creates a culture of attaining results.
- Builds lasting business relationships within nominated customers and to represent the TePe values and culture in all interactions with customers.
