Thistle and Spire is a female-founded lingerie brand aiming to change the conversation around lingerie. **THE ROLE**

This is an exciting copywriting opportunity for someone who is passionate about engaging Gen Z and Millennial audiences across social media, customer service and web. Our tone of voice is smart, sassy and inclusive, with a not-so-subtle hint of seduction. We aim to inspire and empower people to feel confident in their lingerie and to live unapologetically as their authentic self.

You will be our brand ambassador across all audience touchpoints, taking ownership of social media interactions, customer service enquiries, shopper reviews, and contributing to copy for marketing campaigns and product launches.

**Social Media Community Engagement**
- Craft engaging post captions in T&S tone of voice
- Monitor and respond to comments with the intention to drive positivity and demonstrate our brand ethos
- Platforms include Instagram, Facebook, TikTok

**Customer Service**
- Assist shoppers via Gorgias and Meta platforms with a focus on providing best-in-class service
- Understand what makes our customers tick and identify areas for improvement
- Liaise with 3rd Party Logistics (3PL) to track packages, update orders etc.

**Marketing Support**
- Contribute copy for web, promotional campaigns and product launches
- Manage shopper reviews inclusive of responses, publishing and identifying trends
- Assist with Shopify merchandising

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Passion for copywriting and a strong affinity for Gen Z and Millenials and what makes them tick
- 1-2 years experience in D2C social media
- Sound knowledge of Instagram, Facebook and TikTok platforms
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Knowledge of lingerie products and fit
- Experience with Gorgias, Shopify, Canva and social media scheduling platforms advantageous

**HOURS & LOCATION**
- 10-20 hours per week with possibility to increase
- Hybrid with 4+ hours/week from our Rosebery office

**COMPENSATION**
- $30-35/hour depending on experience

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week
