At Core Photography, we are an industry-leading content-creating business providing our services to the Property and Real Estate industry in Sydney. We pride ourselves on producing consistently high-quality material for our clients tailored to their styles.

We are looking for a creative, digitally-savvy and detail-oriented Social Media Coordinator to join our newest division, Core Content Curators - a premium social media management and content company.

**The Role**:

- Planning and managing the social media accounts of our real estate agency, agents and property clients to create meaningful, relevant and engaging content
- Research, plan, create and post engaging and story-telling content (images, graphics, reels, videos, deep dives, competitions etc.) to increase engagement with fans and followers and grow social communities.
- Research current social media trends, hashtags and sounds to leverage in the content you create
- Engage and respond to all follower feedback
- Create catchy captions and ensure social content complies with the client's tone and look and feel
- Provide monthly summary reporting and insights on the client's social media performance
- Monitor and report on campaigns to ensure effectiveness and consider learning for future content
- Monitor and manage paid Meta ad spend, including optimising campaigns to increase audience and engagement
- Work with our marketing and bookings team to coordinate content for scheduling.
- Work with our professional photographers and videographers to organise content shoots and post-production content delivery.
- Create and manage the company's social account to drive awareness and attract talent to the organisation
- This role also incorporates some marketing administration tasks like website updates.

- A tertiary qualification or proven experience in marketing, social media or communication is ideal
- A portfolio that demonstrates your ability to create reels, stories, videos, and photos
- Minimum 12 months experience in a similar role
- Strong copywriting skills are a must
- Canva and Adobe design software experience
- Data analysis and reporting
- Photography/videography skills are a bonus
- Confident with good communication skills, sharp presentation and personable
- Must have a car and driver's licence
