**Your new company**

This Organisation has been operating for over 30 years and has become a market leader in the retail distribution of Australian Kangaroo and Wild Game meats. It is the exclusive supplier to Australia's supermarket chains and a major exporter.

**Your new role**

Within this diverse role the duties will include but are not limited to the following:

- Handle large volume of incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate individuals or departments.
- Greeting and Welcoming Guests, providing any necessary information or assistance.
- Taking orders from supermarkets on the local sheet
- Releasing Stock accordingly
- Invoicing supermarkets or any other orders
- Creating Manifest for orders on Locals sheet
- Taking Orders for Shop Sheet Creating Invoice or Collection Dockets for those orders
- Handling Front Shop customers and front shop Pick-Ups
- Handling basic clerical duties, tasks like photocopying, scanning documents, filing, and organising paperwork.
- Daily reports

- Experience using multiple systems
- Ability to learn quickly
