**The Role**
Are you looking to start your career in administration?
Toro has an exciting opportunity for a driven and customer focused applicant to join our administration and reception role. Reporting to the Executive Assistant, this role will be responsible for providing front of office reception and general administration support to the office.
- Fixed term full time (1 year) traineeship position, Certificate III in Business.
- Working hours 8:30am to 5:00pm
- Based in Beverley, SA #LI-Onsi
**Responsibilities**
- Answering callers’ inquires and directing them to appropriate employees
- Ensuring that visitors are received onto the premises correctly
- Preparing company correspondence
- Assisting in the preparation, filing and maintenance of company records
- Administrator of company stationary requirements
- Assisting divisions with monthly expenses according to requirements
- Assisting Finance department with accounts payable tasks
**Skills & Experience**
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to establish effective business relationships with internal and external partners
- Strong organisational, planning, communication and influencing skills
- Excellent PC and ‘Microsoft Office’ literacy
- Highly organized and demonstrates a flexible and proactive approach to the work environment.
