This is a BRAND-NEW opportunity for you to make your own Reporting to the Chief Operations Officer and being part of a fun and collaborative Management Team, we are seeking a Marketing Manager who is results orientated, pragmatic in their approach and is confident in their ability to deliver results and drive the Club’s Marketing Strategy.

This will be your opportunity to develop and execute the Club’s marketing strategy to not only enhance our customer experience but to target new markets and grow our membership base. **If you like to be innovative, analytical but creative and have a role that hands on, this position is for you.**

Being supported by a designated team, this position requires someone who will bring not only the skills any Marketing Manager can bring, but the understanding that in hospitality we are a people focused business, where we are here for our members and customers who see our venue as their home away from home.

The main responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to
- Maintain and manage key brand marketing plans and yearly activity calendar.
- Concept and drive creative briefs for all marketing content in line with current releases and industry trends
- Assist in developing and managing loyalty programs that maximize results from an extensive and growing club membership base.
- Assist to develop, manage and maintain content strategy and social streams to drive brand engagement and increase following.
- Maintain a system of metrics to measure effectiveness, reach and conversion of those digital activities.
- Understanding and researching current and potential demographics and being able to capitalize on identified new opportunities
- Connecting with our community is what we do, so sharing that connection with our customers is a must.
- Analyzing data, conceptualising, and developing marketing initiatives and promotions.
- Developing, writing and editing our bimonthly digital members magazine and other print publications (so an eye for detail is a must)
- Managing and delivering multiple projects whilst ensuring a seamless customer experience
- Oversee our Entertainment for live performance and artists.
