We are actively seeking a motivated and results-oriented Real Estate Sales Associate to join our thriving and young team. As a key member of our dynamic real estate office, you will play a pivotal role in the sales process from prospecting to attending appointments and closing deals.
**Responsibilities**:
**Prospecting and Lead Generation**: Conduct thorough market research and actively seek out potential clients through various channels. Build and maintain a strong network to generate leads.
**Client Consultation**: Work closely with clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences. Provide expert advice on market trends, property values, and investment opportunities.
**Property Presentation**: Showcase properties to clients, highlighting unique selling points and addressing any concerns. Utilise effective communication and negotiation skills to facilitate successful transactions.
**Transaction Management**: Guide clients through the buying or selling process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience. Collaborate with other team members, lenders, and legal professionals to expedite transactions.
**Market Knowledge**: Stay updated on industry trends, property values, and regulatory changes. Use this knowledge to advise clients and position yourself as a trusted real estate expert.
**Goal Achievement**: Set and strive to meet ambitious sales targets. Continuously assess and refine strategies to maximise performance and exceed goals.
**Client Relationship Building**: Cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with clients. Provide excellent customer service, earning trust and referrals for future business.
**Professional Development**: Stay current with industry training, certifications, and best practices. Seek opportunities for personal and professional growth within the real estate field.
**Requirements**:
- Certificate of Registration
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Drivers licence with a clean record
**Salary**: $40,660.00 - $60,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- On call
- Overtime
- Public holidays
- Weekend availability
Supplemental pay types:
