Visualizer - Home and Land

Bathla Group is expanding its home and land footprint. We have a lot of projects in the pipeline, addressing the growing housing demand in Sydney and regional NSW.

Our in-house design team of talented designers and technicians are currently developing interesting projects to be launched to the market soon. We are in need of a visualizing champion who will help us in revolutionizing and enhancing the quality of Bathla Group’s overall graphics and presentation.

**Responsibilities**:

- Reporting to the Senior Design Architect to understand design intent and overall direction/ presentation quality desired for the project
- Preparing **exceptional** quality renders across all visual media for home and land packages
- Preparing **exterior and interior** narrative-driven **animations and walk throughs** that integrate the building with the surrounding context
- Preparing templates for colour and material schedules

**Software Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of Autodesk **3DS Max** (solid experience in **Corona & Vray** rendering, is a must)
- Strong knowledge in **Forest Pack and Rail Clone**, is a must
- Solid experience in creating high quality 3D animations and walk throughs (knowledge in **After Effects, Premiere Pro**, is a must)
- Knowledge of **Photoshop**, InDesign, Illustrator, preferable
- Knowledge of Autodesk Revit, Autocad, Lumion, Sketch-up, preferable.

- Has a **sharp** attention to lighting quality and overall composition
- Strong work ethic; a team player, and active communicator
- Strong sense of dedication and initiative
- Pro-active; needs minimum supervision
- Has a sense of urgency and **time management** - able to meet tight project deadlines

**Qualifications**:

- Must be a graduate of architecture
- Has **5+** years of experience performing the above mentioned responsibilities
