**The Role**:
- Opening and closing of centre at beginning and end work day.
- Greeting of patients and responding to their enquiries in a welcoming and friendly manner.
- Professional handling of phone enquiries for patients.
- Respond to general enquiries from a variety of stakeholders.
- Efficiently manage the appointment/diary system for patient bookings.
- Maintain patient records in our allied health software.
- Accurately process patient payments including HICAPS/EFTPOS and cash.
- General centre facilities tidy up, basic dusting/vacuuming, use of washing machine/dryer/hanging of towels and emptying of bins.
- General administration and filing duties.
- Data entry and typing of correspondence.
- Invoicing.
- Reconciliation of payments.
- Scanning and distributing incoming mail, deliveries, faxes.
- Ad hoc administration and support tasks as required.

- Ability to empathise with patients.
**Skills and Experience**:
- Previous skills in using medical and allied health software.
- Previous experience in allied health or NDIS administration an advantage.
- Cultural awareness and foreign language capabilities an advantage.
- Essential to have drivers license and own vehicle.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 20-30 per week
