**About the Role**:
Ogilvy Sydney is looking for a Production Assistant as a key player in the Broadcast Production department, supporting the Senior Agency Producers, Internal Production Company Producers, Editors and HOP.

Production Assistants brim with energy and enthusiasm, have exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail, and have a positive, solutions outlook, no matter what is thrown their way. As this is an entry-level position, the opportunity allows someone to join the team and learn both Agency and Production Company in a supportive environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Managing internal post production, including internal and freelance Editor bookings and internal suite bookings.
- Managing Ad stream dispatch process and associated BCC finance.
- Managing hard drives, including ordering drives, prepping drives for shoots and Preferred Media drive back-ups.
- Managing the gear room, gear bookings and equipment repairs.
- Assisting Producers and Freelancers with general office duties (meeting room bookings, catering requests, couriers, Uber bookings and general admin).
- Training with Producers to learn Agency and Production Company producing in order to start producing junior level jobs such as rollovers, revisions, adapts, video content and new radio jobs independently.

**_ _**Qualifications & Experience**:

- This is an entry-level position.
- Qualifications in media, marketing, film or similar would be an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 including Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint.
- Organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
- Communication skills and a positive, motivated attitude are essential.
