We are looking for a Product Assistant to join our team, supporting the Product Developer in a learning environment for future career growth in Product Management.

**Requirements**:

- Assist the Product Developer to deliver new products to market
- Product development file management throughout the product life cycle
- Preparation of presentation decks for product endorsement throughout the product life cycle
- Coordinate communication with suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Assist with timeline management and coordination of key dates across teams
- Set up and update costings
- Assist in compiling product handover packs for suppliers
- Sample management
- Invoice management
- Competitor market research
- Assist with supplier due diligence and quality control

**Ideal background**
- 3+ years in product development, buying, manufacturing or production
- Awesome at Excel and Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience in dealing with offshore suppliers a plus
- Takes ownership of the role
- Thrives in a fast paced environment
- High-level of attention to detail
- Ability to understand the big picture and prioritise competing considerations
- Always thinking two steps ahead
- Curious mindset
- Passionate about building products people love to use
