What you'll do:

  • Support the production team across all stages of the product lifecycle
  • Liaise with suppliers and factories, particularly Mandarin-speaking partners
  • Assist with quality control, sample management, and production scheduling
  • Help ensure deadlines are met and production runs smoothly
  • Support administrative tasks and maintain accurate production records

What we're looking for:

  • Fluent in Mandarin and English (written and spoken)
  • Strong organisational skills with an eye for detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in fashion production, sourcing, or supply chain is a plus
