With NAB, you’ll make a genuine difference through the work that you do. Located at the vibrant 700 Bourke Street office, NAB Fraud Operations division are looking for their next Fraud Advisor superstars to help combat scams and any fraudulent cases in Australia.

**Your new role**
Are you ready to make an impact for a safer society? Working as a Fraud Assist Advisor for NAB Fraud Operations space, you’ll gain extensive exposure to variety of fraud prevention strategies.
On a day to day, you will be:

- Addressing fraud related enquiries in an inbound call environment
- Making outbound calls to notify the customer that their account was compromised
- Reassuring the customer and providing solutions going forward
- Educating victims of fraud on ways to protect their accounts and information
- Liaising with internal departments regarding Fraud related cases
- Be responsible for diligently following up on system generated red flags regarding unusual customer transactions to determine if the nature of the transaction is fraudulent.

This role is an initial full time 12-month temporary assignment with opportunity to extend or permanency.

The hourly rate is $34.33 plus super.

You will need to be flexible to work on a rotating roster from Monday - Sunday between 7.30am to 11.30pm, working on average 37.5 hours a week.

**Please note that you will be entitled to penalty rates if you work past 7pm on weekdays or if you work on weekends.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Customer service experience (retail or hospitality) is necessary
- Previous Banking or Call Centre experience preferred
- Flexibility to work on a rotating roster across the week, including weekends and Victorian public holiday
- Effective verbal and written communications skill
- Strong resilience and work ethics
- High energy individual with the ability to problem-solve
