**About The Role**:
We are looking for an outstanding sales leader to lead one of our Customer Success teams in Mid-Market. You will be at the forefront of the next phase of our growth with a big focus on driving our martech products, along with profitability, restaurant success. As a member of the Mid-Market leadership team, you will report into the Head of Mid-Market and play an active role in setting our customer success GTM, ensuring that your team is set up to exceed our commercial objectives.
**Your Impact in Role**:
- Lead a successful Mid-Market Customer Success team, responsible for exceeding commercial targets and working closely with leadership and cross-functional teams.
- You will implement an efficient and data driven operating rhythm that drives the team in a fast paced environment.
- You will need to balance the forest and the trees, ensuring your team is clear on how to achieve their quarterly targets, while you simultaneously look around the corner and plan for your team's future.
- You will collaborate closely with Sales Operations and Merchant Operations to analyse data & insights, and find opportunities to improve sales motion, value proposition, sales enablement, systems, processes, and programs.

- Proven track record: You'll have experience in leading successful customer success teams.
- Business sense and critical thinking skills: Be a strong influential voice for the Mid-Market segment, working closely in a complex stakeholder environment with cross-functional teams to grow your area of business, developing a web of influence across our various operations teams.
- Coaching and mentoring skills: A passion for coaching and a track record of developing talent.
