RUBY (Rise Up - Be Yourself) is a free physical fitness program for women who are, or likely to be experiencing Domestic and Family Violence (DFV). Designed to empower women by building physical strength and contributing to general well-being, emotional resilience, self-esteem and confidence through physical exercise in a violence free and safe environment.

**Your New Role**

Reporting to the Project Coordinator, the RUBY program is designed to support women that have/are experiencing domestic and family violence. This role is responsible for developing appropriate group social fitness sessions that reflect a trauma-informed approach, and then delivering those sessions around sites throughout the Greater Brisbane region. **About You**
- Experience in a similar program administrator and/or project role
- Hold a minimum Certificate III (SIS30321) in fitness or equivalent AQF qualification in a relevant area of practice
- Well developed written and verbal communication skills
- Hold a current First Aid and CPR certificate (or able to obtain)

**Please note: Working With Children Check (Blue Card) No Card, No Start and Restricted Person legislation applies. All PCYC employees are required to complete a National Police Check upon commencement.
